California employers of five (5) or more employees are required to provide sexual harassment prevention training to all employees every two years.
*Supervisors/managers must receive two hours of training
*All other employees must receive one hour of training. Even temporary and seasonal employees must be trained.
The training will also include a component on the prevention of abusive conduct and harassment based on gender identity, gender expression and sexual orientation. All employees must be trained by the end of 2019.
