We are in search of a motivated and self-starting individual with high motor looking to make an impact on our Sales team. You will be a key piece in the rapid growth of our company by bringing in business and expanding our growing client list. Reporting directly to the Director of Business Development, you will gain traction in the industry by understanding the best strategies for outreach, attending events to increase visibility, and referral sources. To be successful in this role, this individual requires the skill to build and maintain a supercharged, multi-functional sales channel through grit and tenacity.


  • Understand and present bizhaven HR & Safety solutions to prospects.
  • Meet & exceed monthly sales quotas
  • Leverage sales strategy to develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and other business opportunities
  • Partner effectively with the HR & Safety Business Partners to fully understand the complex landscape
  • Work closely with internal business partners to maintain client relationships
  • Develop and sustain close client relationships
  • Partner with external channel partners and organizations to maximize referral opportunities.

  • Detail oriented, highly organized and time management skills to maximize any “downtime”
  • A basic understanding of HR & Safety compliance
  • A diploma of high school or higher
  • No less than 2 years of relevant sales experience
