In 2021, new law requires that employers with five or more employees must provide one hour of sexual harassment prevention training to nonsupervisory employees, and to repeat it every two years.
California requires sexual harassment prevention training for nonsupervisory employees, and that requirement does not change because a worker’s first language is Spanish. This session covers the same ground in Spanish, so employees can follow the definitions, ask questions in the language they think in, and leave knowing what counts as harassment or discrimination and who to raise it with.
Bring your questions. The session ends with open Q&A.
Not contractors reading slides — the people who answer your questions the rest of the year.
