One of my favorite and first motivational listens of all time was a gentleman named Earl Nightingale who started the Nightingale Conant corporation. He recorded one of the best audio programs of all time called Lead the Field. In that program, he talked about having a great positive attitude and how important it was to be successful in life and in work. That audio was created in 1987, and today it’s even more important to have a great attitude. Especially in the workplace because the competition is fierce and a customer, patient, or client not having a good experience can be communicated to the world in seconds.
